  Don't go for a lot of fast food, of late, but decided to treat myself to a late night run for the border. Drive thru moved quickly, service was fast and friendly, food was fresh and still hot when I got home, even after a quick stop on the way. Plenty of sauces and napkins, as requested, and I was given a receipt without asking. Top drawer service by the Broad Street location. Will do it again.

  Fastest Taco Bell drive thru I have gone through in a long time. Our order was correct and the burrito was made right. We did not dine in so I can't actually speak for the atmosphere, but I am giving them 5 stars because I was impressed with the service and food.

  The slowest Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Yes, I know that it is Taco Bell and not a 5 star establishment. However, waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins after you placed an order is counter productive. Once I got to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order, they told me to wait while they checked me out, and waited another 3 minutes. The food was fine, but no one should have to wait for 20+ minutes in the drive thru at 9:45 pm.

  I know me just being just a individual with no real influence or clout but I'm a doordlasher like a whole lot of others out there in this universe we call Chattanooga and other surrounding areas but here's merely a suggestion tacobell put in a pickup window like at rossville blvd and eastridge it might keep the line from stretching around the block and down broad st it'll definitely make your customers and the people that deliver your food to your home bodied patrons happier

  Would definitely give zero stars. Trying to pick up an online order that was very obviously ready and sitting on the counter with 7-8 other orders. But just bc it was a little passed 10 they expect me to wait in the drive thru line that was all the way out to the rd and was probably going to be 30 to 45 minutes to get my food that has been sitting on the counter the entire time.
