  My bean burritos weren’t very hot. Gotta have hot refried beans to melt cheese. Can’t really give great score for service when the use of kiosks are preferred at Taco Bell. Hardly ever see lots of people dining in anymore.

  Awful!! Went and was missing over half of our items, no sauce, missing a chalupa, chips and cheese, and gave us the wrong drinks. I ordered the cantina chicken tacos and it had maybe one or two pieces of chicken and was completely broken —I opened up the foil and it looked like I had ordered soggy chips.

  Night shift never getsy mobile order right. The youngsters they have in there working at night do not wanna work for their pay check, it's simple the order is right there on the screen if you can read the screen why is my order always messed up, day shift here is amazing never gets my order wrong. Nights keep up and get with the program please and thanks in advance!

  I placed a $10 order on the app while standing in their lobby and the app sent me to another Taco Bell that is 10 minutes away When I explained the situation to the Employee upfront he just replied with “yup” so I drove 10min to the much nicer taco bell in hixon.

  I had lunch today while waiting on the bus to run because my car had broken down. My sugar was low. The staff was friendly the service was quick and the taco and cinnamon crisp were fresh and hot. The manager whom was at the front counter was helpful and polite. It was a very nice experience and right when I needed something good in the middle of my crises thank you so very much to the manager on duty at 12:40 on Tuesday April 14 at the Taco Bell on Hixon pike
