  Came through the valley on fumes, 2 weeks homeless. Asked the cashier Wesley K, if they could do anything for me and my wife we only had $4 bucks. He laughed and said No we don't do that here, help the "Homeless" so I order my a bean burrito with w h at i had. And my card keep declining, Wesley K. Tapping my card on the drive thru window at me with angry vibes my way! As I realize my card was locked and on locked it completing transaction. We drive around store to park and let wife eat her burrito and get on free wifi. As we're making turn into the parking space Wesley has gathered the rest of the employees of this Taco Bell in Lookoutvalley pointing fingers and laughing at me and wife! Its hard enough to lose everything you have and know to be normal, to having nothing but fear and anxiety not knowing we're next meal will be or where to find shelter. I pray for you Wesley K you never go through homelessness!

  They are funny and s vibrant bunch. Loves it, and also love the outside eating area would look great with a small fire pot. Great rock wrap around for the presentation

  Drove away only to discover the whole order wasn't correct. Ordered 2 beef burritos and got 2 cheese bean burritos. Horrible!!

  First of all service sucked, the person running the front line was never to be seen anywhere.. finally got our food and half way through my taco find hair in it. Take it up front to get replaced and then the replacement was made but had frozen lettuce all in it.
