  The young black man with glasses is exceptional everytime I go there. Always remembers my order and knows how to serve well.

  Pulled in on Saturday 4/18 and employee was sitting on side walk blocking the door smoking. Went in thinking another person would be working. After waiting this person came in and asked what I wanted. I asked if he would wash his hands and he stated they were fine. I left because he would not give me his name and very rude.

  I am at the Subway on East Brainerd Road in Chattanooga at 7:07 pm on a Sunday. You guys have coupons all over the place and ONE young man running the store. He is swamped with online orders and working a long line of customers. This has happened before. Management should be ashamed. This is not safe for the employee and not fair to the customers. He is as polite as he can be and working hard, but Management should be ASHAMED. Don't be so cheap. Take care of your employees.

  Untrained employee didn’t know what to do. Wouldn’t give me what was asked for. Said we are not allowed to add onions on it. After 15 min of trying to make the sandwich and not knowing how to roll a wrap, the computer had to restart which apparently takes 20 min. I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Not worth your time.

  District managers do better!! So they really really really need a fix the app to say they're not going to have the footlong cookie anymore, I went there to pick up my order to find I was given six chocolate chip cookies because she said they were discontinuing the footlong cookie I could have gone to the grocery store and gotten chocolate chip cookies. The whole point of ordering it was the footlong cookie is not just a regular chocolate chip cookie so this trip was actually pointless as now I have paid $14 only to receive seven total cookies from a sandwich place. The lady behind the counter while friendly, She did not read the ticket entirely before packing my order into the bag because IN ADDITION to receiving six chocolate chip cookies instead of the footlong cookie I had ordered because upper management has apparently better things to do than update pricing and availability on their ordering app. - I received one singular raspberry cheesecake cookie when I ordered one box of six!!!!! Seriously. YALL. Look at your ticket closer please so someone doesn't get 20 minutes away and realize that you've given them half of the what they ordered and upper management do your job and update the app
