  Stopped here with my mom and step-dad a couple of weeks ago, and I was honestly shocked at what a bad experience it was. When I looked up reviews for this place afterwards, the first 13 reviews were one star. I'm about to make it 14. I hate to pile on but they need to do something about this place, you'd think with all of the bad reviews they would have done so by now, but obviously not. The person making our subs was unbelievably slow, and when she started making my sub I immediately knew she wasn't making what I asked for, but she was struggling so much that I didn't want to confuse her more, so just went with it. We kept having to say, "Please put a little more" lettuce or tomato or whatever it was, because she was putting such small amounts of everything we asked for. On top of all of this, when we went to pay, their registers went down, and we probably stood there for at least 10 minutes trying to pay which by the time we were done our toasted subs were no longer warm. Just a complete catastrophe of an experience. Don't eat here.

  On March 16th I went to subway on my break I go there about 2 to 3 times a week, but today will be the last time I spend my money at that subway. I asked for an all American 6in sandwich ask if they could add extra bacon every this was going good until the so called manger decided to put my veggies on my sandwich first she gave me 2 small tomatoes so I asked for another tomato, then I asked could I have extra pickles because she only put 3 on there she put about 3 more then I said it's okay I'll put some more on it downstairs. She got mad her tone and the way she talks is uperfessional. I asked for a little mustard and extra mayo she put 2 little lines of mayo at this point was trying to be funny so I decided not to spend my money there. She got real mad then. I have always got a lot of pickles on my sandwich never had a problem until March 16th 2026.

  I ordered the 6 inch Meatball Sub since it was the sub of the day for $4.99 plus tax. It It tasted fresh and the veggies on it were fresh as well. Service was good. It is a small Subway location in the hospital. So it only has room for one small table to sit at if you want to eat there.

  I was here in September 2024 and got lunch for my mom and I when my dad was having surgery. Quick service with mobile orders, friendly staff, nice variety of food and drinks

  What an amazing experience I just had” The employee was cold and rude you could tell that person did not want to be there and wasn’t happy made my experience of being at the hospital even more depressing . When I tell you, my sandwich has the bare minimum, it has very little of any topping very thin sandwich I went to order instead of how can I help you? What can I get you? I got what do you want?. I vocalized what I wanted didn’t even offer To ask if i wanted mayo Mustard, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar like every other subway Employee does basically that person was in a slow rush to get me out of the restaurant. . Just awful and rude. Those employees need to understand you got people who come in there and order food that is already going through a hard time because a loved when being in the hospital or on their death bed and just a little bit of someone giving you a smile or being nice makes a big difference
