  I’ve been here 30 minutes and still haven’t been served. I spent 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting for someone to answer the speaker. No response. I pulled around to a stall and waited another 15 minutes. Still nothing. I finally flagged down an employee who told me they make $7.25/hr, only 3 people were working today, and one person walked out yesterday. I don’t blame them. If you’re paying staff federal minimum wage in 2026 and running a store with 3 people, this is what you get: no service and customers leaving angry. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. You can’t expect employees or customers to take you seriously when you operate like this. Won’t be back

  I waited close to 30 minutes for my food and my drink order was wrong and chili cheese coney was cold and my chicken bites were half done. Will never go to this location again, it's always something going on when I stop there smh.

  I believe this the worst Sonic in Chattanooga. It should be shut down. I have ordered from there and picked up door dash from there they are always forgetting something . Their customer satisfaction seriously needs work.
