  For months, the ice cream machine here has supposedly been “broken.” I finally went back recently and it was working, so I ordered an Oreo Blast, and my family got a few other kinds. Every single one tasted awful, like it was spoiled or rotten it was DISGUSTING. On top of that, they close earlier than their posted hours online. This used to be my go-to spot a few years ago, but now I drive all the way to Ooltewah or Shallowford just to avoid this location. It’s really disappointing to see how much it’s gone downhill. Don’t waste your time.

  Ice cream broken all the time including lately on 2/28/26. Can never tell if it's actually broken or employees are being lazy. Service is atrocious. Drinks not labeled. Food terrible.
