- ANAmanda Nelson1 day ago1.0Panera, what happened? Who hurt you? Something is obviously going on, & whatever it is, it’s not good. Allegedly, there have been changes in leadership at this location in recent months, & it shows. Also, not in a good way. Staff are not as kind or approachable as they were in the past. Instead, they seem put upon, unorganized, and stressed. They used to smile, & take pride in their food & service. They used to have fun. Food that used to be outstanding is now mid. Worse, if the order is incorrect. The building is very unkempt - it looks like a strong wind would take it down. Not only that, it’s just… dirty. I saw trash bags lingering outside the back door as if they were forgotten. As things have changed, it seems that pride, kindness, & integrity have also left the building. Of course, I don’t actually expect too much out of poor leadership - these things happen from the top. I’d implore them to do better, but…

- SSShaneJan 13, 20261.0I would give this zero stars if I could. I just spent 35 minutes waiting for a simple soup and sandwich order at the Shallowford Road location. In what world does it take over half an hour to put soup in a bowl and meat on bread? To make matters worse, they have absolutely no system for notifying customers when their food is ready. No pagers, no name call-outs—nothing. Our food sat on the counter getting ice cold while we sat there like mind readers, eventually realizing the abandoned tray on the counter was actually ours. The lack of urgency and basic communication is pathetic. If you value your time (or want to eat food that’s actually warm), go literally anywhere else. Will never come back.
