  Me and my kids stopped here after school to eat and let DJ play while I waited on my third incorrect order. During that visit, two school-age girls walked in with backpacks, and an employee behind the counter came into the lobby and said, “damn yall look beautiful today.” The girls appeared uncomfortable, and the interaction was troubling to witness as a parent. After that, I kept my children at the table and left. Between the repeated order issues and that employee’s comment to minors, this location is no longer an option for my family. I would not recommend parents allow their children to come here.

  Completely got my order wrong. All i asked for was 2 hamburgers with ketchup and mustard only and they forgot my mustard. Gave me an unsweet tea and i waited 20 minutes for it. Service was good just slow.

  Victoria W. is an extremely aggressive “security guard” for refills at the drink station. She has No regard for customer service. She is defensive& condescending . If I could give Zero stars I would. I will not be returning.

  We came to the drive through after checking their hours to confirm they were open, cool 1am there open for another hour. We pull up and sit, about five-ish minutes, I understand they probably don’t have many people on shift at this hour so we just wait a bit. We both just got off work and wanted some chicken nuggets. They turned the lights off on us, at 1am, an hour before they’re supposed to close. So fine we drive away past the window and I see the guy walking away so I know the lights and menu didn’t automatically turn off. Sure wish I could just close early 🤷🏻‍♀️.

  My boyfriend went into this store to pick up an online order, but the app seemed to have glitched, so the system "wasn't" receiving the order. He politely tried to explain and show the order to someone, WHO IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION, and they decided to not help, but instead make it his problem. I understand if people try and ask for free food without proof, BUT HE HAD HIS ONLINE RECEIPT FOR IT. She told him to cancel the order, and which he did, but she then told him to ring up again and pay "twice as much". Her excuse was now, "we don't have evidence of the order now", WHICH SHE SAID TO CANCEL! I would've raised hell, but I get that some people are not fit for customer service. We will be calling the bank to get our money back, and I will not let this go unnoticed. District managers should not act like this, they are suppose to be role models and run places, not make the experience worse.
