  There is a manager/cook who has the worst attitude alive. When the business was going awful yesterday morning, she got a very nasty attitude towards me. All I asked her to do was to remake a sandwich that was made incorrectly. She told me she'll do it this time. No, you'll do it anytime a sandwich was is incorrect. The way that the cashier rung it up was the way she made it, but I heard the cashier told her that it was on the side. And they actually gave me the sauce on the side. She had to put it in the order the way she did so could charge me, which was fine. They needed to charge me as if it were on the sandwich but I heard her tell the cook. That cook needs to leave the job. She pranced up to the window to tell me I was wrong not her and she will fix it this time and snatched the sandwich back into the window? Because of her, I won't be going back for a while!

  The lady working the drive thru around 5pm tonight was truly a piece of work. I put everything i need on the order from sauces to utensils. When I have to ask for the things I've already requested, it's fine, but when I get looked at with disgust and not one word spoken to me it's truly offensive. Don't work with the public if you are that miserable miss. I'm not asking for much but just a little kindness.

  On March 29, 2026 at 8:42PM, I entered the McDonald's drive thru on my second attempt to try the Big Arch sandwich. The first time I ordered this sandwich at the East Ridge location, the employee at the window toom another person's order even though I was sitting at the drive thru first and when I drove up to bring this ti his attention, he said "that's my bad but just back on up and I can get your order." When I asked if I would have to wait until the person who skipped ahead got their order, he said "I mean yeah...naw I'll make sure you get your order first." They left the crispy onions off and did not put all the toppings on the burger. So, this time at highway 58, I was hoping for a better experience. While ordering, I asked "Does the Big Arch come with crispy onions" and an employee responded "yes." So, I ordered 2 Big Arch combos and when I got to the 2nd window to pick up my food, the young man at the window was making drinks for cars behind me and then proceeded to make 1 of my drinks and stand and talk. He finally gave me my food but I had to ask "you gonna give me our drinks?" because he failed to make the 2nd drink and stood there staring instead of handing me the one drink he made. He said "oh yeah" and when I asked for ketchup, he threw it in my hand. When I got home, one of the burgers did not have crispy onions while the other only had 4 regular onions. The burgers were sloppily made and the bread was off to the side. The only thing good was the fries. The work ethic among some employees is very alarming in this continually systematically underpaid workforce, making work and the fastfood experiende dreadful, especially as these employees are getting paid more to do less because customers are expected to order at tablets or computer screens in cold and dark restaurants that inspire eating the food to go, like customers are not welcomed, only the money is welcomed.

  Every Door Dash order I get from this store is always missing SOMETHING. Tried putting in a complaint through door dash like the store request but I did my order through McDonald's mobile app and even though door dash delivered it McDonald's would be responsible for the missing items. Going back to McDonald's mobile app, there is nothing there to help me file a complaint. So now I'm just out of money. I swear this is the last time I order from this store. Lee hwy is always on point .. Great job guys. Hwy 58 lobby is always crowded and last time I was there, I ordered ice cream for my daughter and I on the kiosk and waited a whole hour and a half to get it. ICE CREAM.

  This place is HORRIBLE. I work pretty hard to serve my public, and i feel like i deserve a muffin that doesn't feel like a hockey puck served by a human that doesn't act like a golem. Rude woman at the drive thru and when i got to work to enjoy my overpriced mcmuffin, i bit into something that nearly broke my teeth. Shut this location down please because you're not serving your public well at all. Also i want my 7 dollars back. Cheers.
