    Very disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s. The cashier was very rude and appeared sick, honestly should have called out instead of working around customers and food. She tried to hand me my two sandwiches without a bag, and when I asked for one, she gave me an attitude. Then she forgot the chips, so I had to ask again. When I handed her my phone for tap pay, she dropped it. Overall, the attitude and service were unacceptable. I used to love Jimmy John’s, but after this experience I won’t be back and would not recommend this location.4/29/26

    Maybe this location should take note from Chick Fil A. Every time we go to this location the staff is not friendly and make you seem like you are a hassle to them. Today’s visit thru the drive thru and ordering 1 sandwich clearly was inconvenient for a lady by the name of Yolanda working the drive thru. She was not friendly and never once smiled. I asked for a receipt and she told me it was in the bag so before I pulled away I looked and the was not a receipt. She looked at me through the window and I could see her get annoyed that I was still there. She came to the window and I told her there was no receipt so she then hollered at another associate and he printed off one and tried to hand it to her to give it to me and she didn’t want to. He then had to walk to the window and hand it to me. For the life of me, I don’t understand why companies hire rude people representing their company. This JJ’s should be embarrassed by their associates and need to fire her.

    Jimmy John’s took great care of us and made sure our order was made right. The sandwiches that they made for my friend and I were delicious and we’re very grateful..

    Josh is a wonderful manager, and fixed the problem that we had the day before with the sandwich that we purchased. He had a smile and a wonderful attitude, he is an asset to your team and company!

    For the last 3 times I ordered I said I wouldn't order again, but today was the last straw! It used to be great to order delivery from them. Generally had my order in 15-20 minutes. Before tonight, the last 2 orders took over an hour & tonight after 2 hours of waiting, my order had not even been picked up to be delivered! They started using Door Dash. BIG MISTAKE! I called at the 2 hour mark & was told they were still waiting for the driver. I told them I wanted dinner not tomorrow's breakfast! I ordered a toasted sandwich which would have been stone cold by then. I told them I wanted my money back & they could stuff their sandwich! They did not even try to do anything to keep my business. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & DELIVERY.
