  I will start off with the good. 1. Atmosphere is great. The restaurant was very clean and our server was very attentive. 2. The food was okay. I didn't have high expectations because I'm not open to different kinds of food. One of our cooks did a great job I think his name was Carson. Very charming and friendly. 3. Everything was good. Until we got our tickets. I know people get things mixed up sometimes because we had six people but it too over an hour to get our tickets correct. They had to make adjustments 3x. Not only did they had to make the adjustment but the server did not inform us of the upcharge that came with the soju beverage. We only found out once we got our checks. I did not like how an automatic 22% was taking out of our checks when, in opinion the service wasn't worth a 22% tip it was below that mainly because the misinformation and having to wait over an hour for our check checks. I feel like if what you say you charge was what the customer agreed to then it should be honored. Not covered by the manager who then still charges your gratuity off the misinformed price of the soju. Being honest is attentive is what gets you good feedback and it is whats leaves a good first impression. I was very disappointed leaving there and my first impression of this restaurant is not a good one.

  Drove here from Georgia, GARRETT is freakin awesome it was our first time ever coming here, very informative very knowledgeable. It was overall it a great experience we will definitely be back. The first impression was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be back. Garrett you made this 1st experience very memorable for my wife and I we will be back. We appreciate you. Keep up the awesome work!

  we went to zaya to celebrate my best friends birthday. we were pleasantly surprised by the calm atmosphere and kind staff at zaya. there was more then enough food for the 3 of us. carter H was our server and he made sure my friends birthday was extra special by bringing out her favorite dessert, tiramisu! thank you Carter!

  I decided I wanted to celebrate my Birthday in Chattanooga and Korean BBQ was on my list of things to try. I loved that this restaurant cooked all the food for us instead of me doing it. This High end Korean Steakhouse was FABULOUS all around. Our server, Emerson gave us wonderful recommendations and took great care of us. He made our evening memorable, and we found out we had a lot in common. A very nice gentleman. We got the butcher's Feast for 3. It was an array of delicious food. My Lychee Mai Tai was quite tasty. My birthday dessert was delectable! Wish I remembered it's name. I ate so much I thought I'd pop! I'd definitely return after the marvelous experience we had. Everyone made my birthday so special! Thank you. We had a minor issue with our reservation being lost in the system but the manager fixed it asap. Sat us in an even better location in the restaurant. We appreciate all of you for the service we received.

  We have been going here for the past few years. It’s our favorite restaurant in all the Chattanooga area. If you want something different but upscale, come here. You will love all the unique Korean sides. Atmosphere is great, every waiter is highly trained. However, make sure to reserve before coming, they tend to get pretty busy.
