Puts it in the Drive-Thru while I'm waiting at the counter. Some of the worst customer experience I've seen. Also plenty of cussing going on in front of customers

I had to wait a couple of minutes, which would be no problem if the food was actually fresh. If y’all have hard ass biscuits, let the customer know you’re out instead of just serving anything. I’d rather been told that they were out of biscuits than this bs they served me. And it’s not the first time having an issue with this location. It’s always either a food or attitude problem

The employees were rude, and sat there and stared at us while our food sat on the counter fully prepared and bagged for about 5 minutes. The only plus was the manager offered a refund or a different sandwich when they were out of the original sandwich I ordered (after just giving me a random sandwich and hoping I wouldn’t notice). So one star over all but I would give 0 if I could.
