It’s like they don’t know how to do their jobs. Called a few minutes ago and the lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude and major attitude. They either need to hire competent people or just close that location.

I had to turn my engine off so I wouldn't have to talk louder. But he decided I wasn't a customer. Which I am. I will never eat there again. And I probably eat at Wendy's about 4 to 5 days a week. Very unprofessional. He had different colored hair. So sick of how rude employees are to customers who help pay their wages.
