When I called in to get a refund, I was told the manager could not give me a refund because I was not in the business. So I did not get to eat my food because that would’ve hospitalized me and the manager refused to give me a refund because I was not in the store. We had Already left, and I did not have a way of getting back to the store. If a ticket says no guacamole, you don’t put guacamole on the food… It’s that simple. If I had gotten a burrito, I wouldn’t have noticed the guacamole and I would have been in the hospital. This is not OK. Thankfully the food I ordered the guacamole was clearly there, but I still don’t get to eat it. Read the tickets….
