  It's 2:20a.m. They are accepting Uber eat orders online, but not fulfilling them. Making uber drivers commute to their location only to get a rude headshake "no" through the window with zero explanation. 4 employees in the store doing nothing. Refusing service before posted close time online and window/door. Update your times & quit wasting our gas and time!!!!!

  At some point in the past year the night crew has gone to actual hell. The past few times I’ve ordered through the app, I’ve been made to wait 5-10 minutes after checking in to pull forwards; even if nobody is in line. One night the girl told me to reverse away from the window and wait to be beckoned forward; there was nobody behind or in front of me. What kind of kitchen are you running that you’re afraid of the customers seeing the order be made? The Ooltewah and Bonny Oaks locations have never given me problems like this, so as far as I’m concerned there is no Taco Bell on 58.

  It’s a clean and quick place, but it is still a Taco Bell. But I do think Taco Bell has stepped up their game.👍🏻

  Best Taco Bell in the area, hands down. I don't know of another drive-thru around that's literally never messed up my order, and they continue to nail it. Fast too.

  Nice clean Taco Bell. I ordered 3 soft tacos. The portion size was smaller than expected, almost a free sample size. I hope that is not usual for this location. It was my first visit.
