  The cashier “rounded up” without asking me! That’s theft and fraud and I am LIVID!!! I give to individuals in need when Im out and about and see someone who can use a few bucks or a drink/food or more when I have it, so don’t think I’m being a greedy Karen bc I’m anything but! But I absolutely do not ever give to charity bc the money ALL of them collect NEVER actually goes to the people in need that they’re claiming to help, so I don’t care that it was only .08¢ that she tried to steal from me: it’s the principle of the matter: she was sneaky, tried to play dumb and when I backed my car up to the window to tell her I knew what she did and I wanted my money back, said she thought I said yes, (when she didn’t even ask me if I wanted to round up, but she also knew exactly what I was talking about and didn’t hesitate to give it back bc she knew what she did was wrong!), and the fact that she KNOWINGLY stole from me, makes me furious! I don’t care how much or how little it is! I didn’t consent (I wasn’t asked but I never say yes when I am asked and I don’t say yes for a darn good reason but that’s not relevant!), and if she did it to me, she’s doing it to others and that adds up quickly and I am not okay with knowing that Taco Bell is condoning stealing from customers to allegedly donate to a “charity.” And I say that Taco Bell condones it bc after it happened, I began looking it up and sure enough, it happens all the time to people! It’s all over Google, Reddit, Quora, etc., so Taco Bell knows about it yet is still pushing for their associates to get a certain amount of donations per day and probably using scare tactics if they don’t meet their goal, which leads to this kind of illegal crap! Taco Bell: This needs to stop. It’s corrupt and a horrible way to treat your employees and customers!

  I always order items without sour cream. They always put sour cream on them anyways.

  I have never ever in my life felt that the food was made with love in any of the fast food drive threws I've ever been to (which is a lot of em). That is untill this evening. The ladies at the windows were the sweetest little girls. Hands down the best service I've gotten at a drive through, I never write reviews. I will be personally offended if you dont give the back of house and front of house staff a raise. This is the first time ever I've received hot food from taco bell. It's always just warm enough but tonight it was nice a hot! Not to mention the food in the burrito was evenly distributed! I know we all have been to taco bell and got a bit of just sour cream, or just a mouth full of beans. Not tonight! And when I pulled up there were quite a few folks in line but they were fast with it! Didn't wait long at all. I am so happy! It's the small things .
