- TMTonya MatyaNov 8, 20251.0We constantly order from this restaurant and we are constantly having to go back and get it remade. Once it is remade the sandwich is delicious. But I have filed complaint after complaint and they never care or respond! I am mad cause it is a waste of gas money and it takes forever for us to all be able to eat together. We order about 10-12 subs or more a month. I stated I wanted Italian bread but got her and cheese. I called to complain and ask them to just pay attention to the receipt. I don’t have the time or energy to go back and get it remade. I worked a long day and just want to kick my feet up and eat and relax. When I was explaining this to the gentleman he was acting like he didn’t care. It is just bull.

Especially if you HATE black olives! They seem to get ONE in every single sandwich I order! And extra lettuce...forget that, I order it and pay for it I'm sure but it's never there. This is my last ditch place to get food for work if my refrigerator is empty...lol

It made me uncomfortable to see how she spoke in a condescending tone to her coworkers and how she yelled at a girl in the kitchen. You’re not building a rocket, you’re building sandwiches. If you weren’t such a horrible and disrespectful person I’m sure your coworkers would perform a lot better. Fix your attitude
