Tried to drive through to get a drink. The girl taking my order came on the intercom and asked what I wanted. I ordered, and she immediately snapped back at me saying “you’re gonna need to be patient, we’re really busy.” I’m sorry? You just asked me for my order! I get being busy and needing a minute, but 5 minutes later we still hadn’t been helped. So I said “hello” to the intercom, and the girl on the intercom snapped back at me again saying that they were busy. No “I’m sorry. At that point I just said I’d take my business elsewhere.

every time I get in the drive-through they told me to come inside, and every time I come inside they tell me I can’t be in there and are kind of rude about it. How about y’all make up your mind about the protocol and put a sign up so we’re not wasting each other’s time? 💡

My daughter is pregnant and ours the baby want is mozzarella sticks from Sonic and juice every thing was good except I had the cashier did she put the sauce in bag and she reply with a smart remark did u look in the bags all she had to say yes

I was really disappointed with this visit. Charging $0.80 for a lime wedge and $0.20 for a cherry feels excessive especially at a fast-food restaurant. Paying nearly $4 for a Coke on top of that is unreasonable. You don’t even see prices like this at many sit down or fine-dining restaurants.
What made the experience worse was the employee’s attitude. It’s not the customer’s fault if someone is unhappy at work, and that frustration shouldn’t be taken out on paying guests.
I’ve been to other Sonic locations that do not charge for basic drink garnishes, so this was surprising and inconsistent with my past experiences. I’ve also never encountered extra charges like this at other fast-food places.
Unfortunately, due to the pricing and service, I won’t be returning to this location.
