at 2:10 Sunday afternoon I got an Uber for Sonic on highway 58. I pull into the store press the red button until then I had an Uber pickup for Kyle. she told me to go through the drive-thru and they'll have it ready. she said it very fast and I wasn't quite sure what she said when I asked her to repeat it she was already gone. I pressed the red button again to confirm what she said. then a car pulled up next to me push the red button and place an order. the lady told him that the order will be right out. so when she answered my red button again I told her I didn't quite hear what you said I haven't ordered pick up for Kyle. again she told me to go through the drive-thru. I said really you just told the guy next to me thst you will bring his order out to him. so why do I have to go to the drive-thru. she told me she's doing the best they can blah blah blah. but you can't tell one person or not doing hop you got to go through the drive-thru until another one okay I'll bring you right there not right

I have been to a bunch of sonics throughout Tennessee, and many of them have very poor service. I understand that working in fast food can be a very reward-less job, but obscenely long wait times for a straight forward order can be very annoying.
HOWEVER! This sonic was on top of my order and got everything right the first time. I was very impressed with the quality and service I received. 5/5!
