  Our visit to Portofino’s was truly unforgettable, and a major reason for that was the exceptional service we received from Elizabeth, our waitress. From the moment we were seated, she showed genuine attentiveness and an easy, personable warmth that immediately put us at ease. Elizabeth took a sincere interest in both my wife and me, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel as though we were guests in a friend’s home rather than diners in a restaurant. She checked in with us throughout the evening—not out of obligation, but with a thoughtful care that ensured we were comfortable, happy, and fully enjoying our time. Her kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt engagement elevated our entire experience. Thank you, Elizabeth, for making our evening at Portofino’s so memorable.   This was our second time visiting Portofino's, and we absolutely loved it both times! We are very adventurous and love exploring new food finds, and when we saw the menu and reviews, it was a must try! Our first server (Barb) was wonderful and a blessing to us, and our server this time, (Kasey,) was sweet and took great care of us! The food is absolutely amazing and is also a great value too! 10 out of 10, would most definitely recommend!

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for both a relaxed meal and a special occasion. The environment was clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged, creating a very pleasant dining experience. The food was outstanding. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. You can really tell that the kitchen takes pride in what they serve. What truly made this experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming without being intrusive. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations in every way—food, service, and atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

  It was delicious! Very kind and service was good. Quiet atmosphere...nothing fancy. Bread was delicious! Cheesecake was amazing!

  We run a local business just down the street and have been here for over a year & never stopped in! In a LAST MINUTE request, Tony & his gracious team were able to accommodate our group of 20 days before Christmas! It was a first for us, with employees seated under 1 roof for FABULOUS food & drinks from 3 different states! The menu choices for kids to adults had plenty of offerings for the pickiest of eaters. I'm so grateful for everyone who made this happen. From chef, to bartender, to busser & server... all TRULY excelled at customer service. The food was so good, we're returning tonight just us, to try more items.(the specialty drink menu is also one I'll be sampling top down) It'll definitely become a regular restaurant for our family & all our corporate hosting & visiting family/friend events!
