  Our waitress, Elizabeth, was ever so pleasant! The food was delicious and brought out inna timely manner. Calm atmosphere in the lower dining area. We will be back!

  Good food. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. The vibe? More cafeteria than fine dining but that suits our style. Among other things we had grape leaves, moussaka, canneloni, canoli, and baklava. All good. It was my birthday dinner and no regrets. Edit: we went back the next night for pizza and had another good experience.

  I am in from Wyoming and everyone wanted to eat there and raved about it. There was a huge party sitting next to us and was super loud. Our server was slow and seemed disoriented. I had planned on keeping it simple and ordered the Cheesbuger. I really don't care for fries but she just wrote it down and moved on. She didn't ask how I wanted the burger, if I wanted it like it comes, which was basically nothing. I was hoping to switch the fries for a possible salad but never had the opportunity to ask. My burger came and it was small and burnt. I ate the tomato and 3 little bites of the burger, wrapped it for my dog. She never returned to ask about our food. I don't ever plan on going there again and would encourage others never to order the burger. I couldn't hear any conversation and and was very disappointed with this "great" place. I wasted my vacation time and would have got a better burger at a fast food joint. I am also pretty sure she gave regular Dr Pepper instead of diet, I am a diabetic,but you couldn't hear anything in there.

  We took a short weekend trip with the family up to the Chattanooga area. Everyone found something they wanted to order here - including two vegetarians, though the vegetarian options were pretty limited. The food was generally good and we especially liked the delicious freshly baked breadsticks (complimentary). Our server, Elizabeth, was extremely attentive and delightful. We would definitely consider returning to Portofino's next time we are in the area.

  This is a place that I used to drive two hours to come to because the food and the service was so amazing, but after this last experience, it will probably be my absolute last. I placed it to go order online, it was paid in full, I got a text message 15 minutes later saying that my order was ready to pick up. I go inside and they try to give me the wrong order. Once I told them that this was not my order, they said that they lost my order and would have to resubmit it. So they resubmitted the order, after a frenzy of just complete panic and chaos, my order was finally ready. However, even after repeating my order four different times to the two ladies working in the back, I still did not receive an appetizer or the salad that came with my dinner plate. The salmon avocado was delicious, but the absolute chaos, having to wait 20 minutes for an order that I had already placed, and then not getting two of the items that were ordered is completely unforgivable. Please get someone that knows how to work a cash register and take orders and multitask, because it was pure chaos, Over just a few to go orders that have been placed at one time. Completely unacceptable.
