- EDEryn DFeb 12, 20261.0Last night order a 1 topping pizza deal from the app for my special-needs daughter. It was to be pan crust and soft texture and was instead flat like thin crust. We called back today was told that I would have to talk to manager on call that wouldn't be back until 2-14-2026 because he was sick. We were placed on hold for some time and then the guy came back to line asked for the order number. I explained the issue and was told they wouldn't make a mistake like pan crust being made like thin crust. I offered to bring it back and was told it'll have to be in the original box! I don't have the box and had it in a zip lock bag! IDK WHO KEEPS A WHOLE PIZZA BOX IN THE REFRIGERATOR OVER NIGHT. He didn't give his name and rude! WE WILL NOT BE BACK
