- JTJayden ThomasNov 3, 20251.0This is probably my least favorite Papa John's, they're never upfront waiting on you when you come in because the front person is always socializing with the kitchen staff while they make orders, I visited three times and it was the same every time giggling and all, once you get the attention of someone to help you you're faced with the most unprofessional customer service I've ever received even in a fast food/pizza type restaurant. The people upfront always spoke to me as if I'm another teenager like them and I've never understood this as I even gave them far more courtesy while talking but regardless, you may be inclined to wait in the front for your 15-30 minute baseline wait but I would not recommend it as it will only serve to infuriate you when your food takes longer than the already ridiculous wait and you watch the whole time as the people upfront move to the back to socialize and play with the staff currently preparing my food, gloveless by the way, I know it's not a law but I honestly thought it was just a universal policy. Either way if you're visiting in the BnBs nearby as I was go ahead and keep going to the next one, I promise they're better with or without gloves.

Over forty five minutes later, we called and they said delivery driver hadn't said anything to them about remaking an order or there being any problem. They remade the order and delivery driver stated they had let the manager know but that manager "had gone home".
