    By far, without fail, the SLOWEST drive thru line ever. There is zero sense of urgency in the drive thru.

    Terrible experience the past two times I’ve been to this location. First experience was a few months ago. My partner and I went through the drive-thru and the girl working the drive-thru handed us our drinks and apparently thought it was okay to ask us if we were fruity and then leave the window for 10 mins only to come back and ask us “what exactly are y’all waiting for?” And we responded “ummmm…our food?!”. Only for her to have to ask a co-worker about our food sitting on the counter next to her. Second experience was this evening, ordered take out in the drive thru and only received half of our order, not to mention the sweet tea I ordered and actually received was unsweetened. This location has disappointed us too many times and we will never return to this location much less any other Panera Bread locations. The customer service team was very understanding and helpful and started the process for a refund.

    Food is fine but don’t ever use the drive through. You’ll be in line 30-45 minutes on a slow day. Unless you’re driving a large SUV there’s no getting out of it as there is a curb that you have to drove over. This is every day.
