It's a cold Wednesday night, I'm hungry and right down the road from a McDonald's. Decide to put an order in the app at 12:40am and got there around 12:53. I sat at the speaker for about 3 minutes in silence before another 2 cars pulled behind me and then decided to drive around to a window to see what's up. I pull up, nobody in the 1st window as expected after the lobby is closed. Pull forward to the 2nd window and there's a girl leaning over her phone. She runs off which weird, but I'm patient and I'm hungry enough to stay. Now after waiting another 5 or so minutes, the time is now 1:01am and another girl (who I assume is a mgr) wants to angrily slowly mouth "we're closed" like I'm an idiot. I show her my order code and that I already paid. Also pointing out I've been here almost 10 minutes before they were "closed". The signage and website says drive through closes at 2am, not 1am. She finally opens the window because I couldn't read her lips on something and tells me it shouldn't have went through online and that they're closed now. I decide to leave because it's not that serious even if they were rude and I was hungry. Maybe they're right about the time, but everything else suggests otherwise and they shouldn't have hid and ignored guests before closing time. Damn shame because in my experience the food and service is usually solid and better than the Ringgold rd store, but can't say either this time.

Lady walked up to the window while I was sitting waiting for a doordash order and she banged on it and said we're closed..when I tried to tell her I had a door dash order to pick up..which I could see from the window..she walked away and didn't come back..I checked their website and it says the drive thru is open until 2 am.. it is currently 12:28 as I'm writing this..It now has affected my door dashing ranking..so thanks for that

Waited in line for almost 30 mins then they said I couldn’t get breakfast bcus it was after 1030 meanwhile it was because we had to wait in line for 30 mins then they forgot our frappe until we had to ask again for it then they forgot the straw. Then they asked for a receipt meanwhile they didn’t even give us one

I ordered on the app and they wouldn’t give us our food when we went inside. We were told quite rudely to get in the drive thru line. Therefore I got in the line and reached the window after 25 minutes we finally. Then we waited 10 more minutes for the food. I asked the girl why we couldn’t get our food by going inside. She replied,”I’ve only been here 10 minutes!!” Then she slammed the window closed.
I’ll never go back to this location! Actually I don’t think I’ll ever go back to McDonald’s!! If you guys want to earn my money you need to train your employees on customer service!!

The food is what you would expect from a McDonalds. If you go during the right time of day (early morning or lunch rush) your food will be fresh. Otherwise expect to get food thats been sitting for a while. The service is also hit or miss. I've had great experiences and ive been told by the staff that I was an inconvenience because I ordered curbside instead of drive-thru and I should be a better customer. So take it for what it is. Its McDonalds. You may get the people who really care about making food and customer service and have a great experience, or you may get the people who are just there for a check and get leftover food flung at you by someone who would rather be anywhere else.
