  The workers are lazy and unprofessional and unhelpful and deserve zero Stars I went there to drive through also and they told me to hang on when there was nobody in front of me and kept me waiting for 5 minutes until I pulled off

  Went there last night on 2/20/2026 and there is literally nobody there and the first thing the girl says is "just give me a minute". Then she tells me to pull up to the first window, and she isn't there and then she is at the 2nd window waiving me forward. Charged me $6.21 for an order when the guy charged me $7.15 for an order the previous day for the same order. Just people that don't care.

  It looked like the burger had a bite out of it so I took the top bun off to look and they had halved a piece of meat to make it a triple cheeseburger and instead of extra onions it looks like there are none!! And how hard is it to add straws and sauces printed directly on the receipt? I rarely leave reviews but come on. Every time I’ve ordered McDelivery from here they NEVER include the sauces and even though it’s only 0.39 cents for each additional sauce it’s Still money they are getting for nothing. Definitely not happy that I paid for a triple cheeseburger and got a double with a piece of meat halved. That’s one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever seen lol This is the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s.

  I went to this location today. Was in line before breakfast was over. And was about to order I ask did they still have breakfast they stated yes. They asked me to wait. Then came back several minutes later and then told me there was no more breakfast serval cars drove off. Then when I called to address the situation a man got on the phone I asked for the GM and he pretended to be them then I asked again, the second time they said it that the GM wasn’t there. I ask his name he said he didn’t have to give his name I asked for corporate info they stated that Hannah was over them. Because I stated I knew how to get in touch with another District they all laughing in the back ground saying she couldn’t do anything because they not over her. They are rude disrespectful and this store should have been closed down. They never know who family comes thru these places yall need to watch the cameras from today. So many cars drove off and they are unprofessional. And need to be fired.. I didn’t get any food because of the rudeness and disrespect. Then to laugh at someone. I can definitely tell the people at this location are incompetent. And to laugh is very unfortunate because if they were working instead of paying attention to our conversation that was on speaker phone then the store would look better. I see why they get the ratings they get. I see why they get so many complaints and I’m still calling corporate on Monday. The health department on Tuesday.. The Better Business Bureau on Wednesday. The probation Office on Thursdays and child support on Friday. And Ices On Saturdays and I’m calling Jesus on Sunday. Because they should have tried him instead of me..
