Place was not busy, but it took me going in after 20 minutes waiting for a Curbside pickup to get my food - which was cold and soggy by then.

Waited 25mins for a mobile curbside order and still had to go inside to get the food. Beagle was not cooked and cold, and breakfast burritos were rock hard.

This McDonald’s is AWFUL. Something always broke or not working! Ice cream machine, frappe machine ORANGE JUICE MACHINE! customer service is terrible and they have you waiting at the intercom for a ridiculous amount of time to order. Breakfast hours are awful and afternoon not any better.

I went in and ordered. There was a lady in a man standing just inside the door. When the young boy walked up to the register he had his phone in his hand. The whole time he was looking down at his phone mumbling while he took my order. Even when he brought my food out he was looking down at his phone the whole time and just held out his arm. When I walked out the lady standing with the man said have a nice day. So I take it she was the manager. This boy should be fired. He has no customer service and no respect and if that was the manager and I'm sure it was and she didn't fire him after observing that. She should be fired as well.

I ordered a 10-piece chicken nuggets meal around 3:00 PM today, and despite specifically requesting fresh food, I was once again served old, stale nuggets. This has become a consistent problem regardless of the time of day, the food is never fresh.
Additionally, Ive observed staff frequently distracted, playing around and using their phones while on duty. This raises serious concerns about hygiene, food safety, and overall professionalism. I strongly believe this location would not pass a health inspection in its current state.
Im considering contacting the Hamilton County Health Department to investigate these ongoing issues. I hope this matter can be addressed promptly before further action is necessary.
