This place is utterly DISGUSTING. My husband went through the drive-thru, ordered McChickens, no mayo. He got home, mayo. He was sick so I went back. Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. The young girl at the window, 1/5/26, 4 PM, did not want to be bothered at all. Handed the bag back after she’d fingered the sandwich, said there was a cheeseburger in it, and told me to pull up to the pole.
An older woman brought the food out, said she made it herself. Got to the light & decided to look, mayo. Turned around, went back, & went in. The older lady, supv I suppose, was nice about it. Said she’d remake them. While she was at the cash register, the young girl threw the bag at me and said “here”, dripping with attitude. Didn’t even look at me. Nasty work. She should have been fired ON THE SPOT.
We understand that you don’t want to be bothered, but if we’ve come 3 times to get the sandwiches correct, and we don’t have attitude, you sure as hell shouldn’t either.
As long as I live, coming to this location is not an option. High schoolers are not worth me losing my professional license NOR being disrespected. I can get food elsewhere.

We were in town for a family emergency and needed a place near the hospital to eat. I found the place by chance on Google , it had great reviews and something each of us liked so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere and staff. They we're very welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and the cakes were the best I've ever had. We shared a slice of carrot cake. We enjoyed it so much we went back 2 days later for dinner and of course more carrot cake! We will definitely return if we're ever in Chattanooga again! My only wish is that I would have taken pictures to share the first day we went.

I been here since 5am and I’m still waiting through the drive through and it’s 6:13am I been sitting at the intercom and nobody has said give me one second or anything this or terrible customer service as I’m reading the comments yall definitely need new management indeed poor service!
