The employee refused to give us the order. He said we had to get back in line even though it was ready. So we got back in line and after 25 minutes we finally got to the window. I asked the girl why they couldn’t give us our food. She said she’d only been there 10 minutes and slammed the window shut. I hardly go there and after this experience I’ll never go back. If the girl at the window would have been polite it would have nice. I don’t understand why your employees can be so rude!! That’s the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
