The young man who finally handed me by order seemed totally zoned out. The burger was half wrapped and was absolutely disgusting. I through it out without taking a single bite. This place needs a change of management badly.

I showed them the money was there. The manager said don't worry about it and gave me my order. That was so nice. And he didn't know I had been in the ER. He was just being nice to be nice. I wish everyone was like him.

The woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude when we politely mentioned that our sundaes had been made incorrectly. Instead of correcting the issue professionally, she rolled her eyes and appeared visibly annoyed. When remaking the sundaes, one was filled with excessive fudge while the other was only half full of ice cream. She also repeatedly slammed the drive-thru window and even made an inappropriate hand gesture toward us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant’s customer service. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better training to ensure future guests are treated with respect.
