This morning, I placed a mobile order for counter pickup 45 minutes after the lobby was scheduled to open, but when I got there, it was still locked and the keys were hanging in the door. The manager was sitting at one of the tables and outright ignored my knocking even though she could 100% hear me. I tried going through the drive thru and nobody was taking orders from either station despite increasing lines for the 10 minutes I sat there. I never got my food, let alone a refund, because I was already late for work and I couldn’t make any kind of contact with anyone inside. I’ve been to a lot of bad McDonald’s, but never this bad. What a joke.
