This McDonald's refuses to take orders after a certain time of night even if they are already paid for through the app unless it is door dash or Uber eats. Shouldn't say it is open 24/7 if it's not actually open 24/7

Somehow I live 5 minutes away. And when I finally get home from the McDonald's all my food is cold. And the chicken nuggets don't even feel like they were fully cooked. Plus to add-on that, I ordered no cheese on my double bacon quarter pounder and, when I was able to check my burger there was cheese on it. By that time the line was extremely long. And it was already 12:30 am. There's not a chance in the world i could've got my food fixed. Especially because their counter was closed in the restaurant.

So me and my wife have came here several times and we are not happy with our several experiences today we came in and ordered our food it all tasted okay I went back up to order one of the new hot honey snack wraps as I already had one and enjoyed it I understand being busy but when I got my second one within the second bite I noticed the chicken was raw I went up and told them the young lady working did not help me so my wife went up and mentioned to the manager to get a new one we still have not gotten the new snack wrap this is very concerning as this is not the first time our food was not right as we have ordered and gotten wrong items and today really pushed our limits as for if that was my wife who have ate it she would have gotten really sick as for she is pregnant I would not recommend this place

i’m in labor at the hospital next door and I just wanted my meal, How do yall send all the customers away and mess up the one meal you do prepare? how do you give me sausage biscuits when i ordered the breakfast burritos but still give me the stupid salsa?

I understand when a place is busy but so is everyone else. I was 8 minutes late picking up and order that WAS ready. I couldn't get any help with assistance and saw the bag and grabbed and then thats when I was told by the staff that I should be kicked out and their manager was going to "flip" on me, well excuse me. Sounds like this location needs a better manager that trains her employees to hand their people their orders as completed. I apologize for any "rules" I broke but when cant get help, do it yourself. Its not like I stole anything. I reach for the rack and barely passed the counter. Very passive aggressive and will no longer be doing any business with this horribly ran place.
