Ordered online. Took a couple hours to get food. Sandwich was made incorrectly: Vito came with mayonnaise (when it shouldn't) and did not include oil & vinegar at all (which it should) Worst experience with a Jimmy John's.

Do not eat here. Jan 3rd. 2026 my family of 6 ate here and half of us got food poisoning. We're still really sick. It was horrible. We think it was either the tomatoes or lettuce but after looking into this it seems like JJ has always struggled with not giving their customers some sort of E coli or other horrible sickness. We will never return to JJ again. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from this franchise.

I placed a delivery order because I have a short lunch and tackling Gunbarrel road kills most of my break time. They didnt deliver my full order and I didnt have time to drive there to get the missed item. The staff kindly and quickly sent someone to me to deliver the 2nd part of the order and I didnt have to sacrifice my lunch time driving to pick it up. Much appreciated!!!!
