  First time at a Jimmy John’s. There was only one person taking our order and making our sandwiches. He seemed so annoyed by our presence there. I started off by saying hi and asking how he was. He just stared and waited for my order, without so much as acknowledging my greeting. It’s no surprise this location has such a poor rating. Ownership doesn’t seem to care. They’ll just reply with “Sorry about your experience blah blah blah”.

  Jimmy John's is the best deli in America. I have only had 1 bad experience, and it was at this location. A simple misunderstanding and malfunction with my order was remedied by the District Manager who personally reached out and comped me with 2 free sandwiches and reimbursed my order which had severe issues. I am all about second chances, and this place delivered by being honest and having integrity to correct a mistake. Love the giant veggie sub with the spicy ranch!!! The compensatory sandwiches were outstanding and made up for a disappointment last week.
