This person is there everyday when we pass this location and when I called the manager on duty (Kayla maybe, it was hard to understand her) at this store, her answer was telling me she will tell him to scoot over. She also told me that he doesn’t ask anyone for anything because people will buy him food all day and give it to him. I told her that’s because he knows the game and actually what he’s doing is illegal. The plaza that this 5 Guys is in has numerous no soliciting and loitering signs posted everywhere and this location doesn’t care. No customer wants to go to a business having to walk around a homeless person at their entrance on a sleeping bag.
