  I am honestly not the biggest fan of Dunkin Donuts. The reason I come to this one is because the employees who work there are excellent and always make me feel appreciated when I come give my donuts and coffee. They really do an excellent job, and they deserve a shout out!

  You know I don't get angry often and I understand that sometimes places are short staffed but this place brings ruthless inefficiency to an all new low. We waited a super long time to get our order taken, the poor girl at the register couldn't find the sandwich we ordered so we had to order something else. When the food finally came out, my hash browns were ice cold. I don't mean they were not piping hot, I mean they were literally still frozen. So, I walked back to the counter, politely said I'm so sorry these are still frozen. The coffees we ordered never seemed to materialize and she finally walked back up with my hashbrowns in a new bag. I think the only purpose of the new bag was to hide the fact that they didn't care until I got to the car. I opened the back, it's the same hashbrowns and they didn't even make an attempt to warm them up, they were still frozen. Maybe someone had poked them or something because one was broken, but they were ice cold. I got my coffee, just handed them back and said "these are still frozen" and just left. Nobody really seemed to care and maybe it's my fault for expecting hash browns to not be ice cubes. Definitely if this is your last resort or you have nowhere else to be or go...don't stop. Just keep driving. There's a bojangles and a gas station nearby and at least the gas station takes pride in their food because this Dunkin Donuts absolutely does not.

  It takes forever to get through the drive through since they started sticking credit card out the window trying to get a tip

  My friend ordered a frappe with whipped cream in drive- though but when we came around for pickup, it was iced coffee which was not what she ordered . By the time the order was corrected by the 3rd person, the original cashier just handed me the coffee and shut the drive though window without saying a word. I could tell she was very angry so I just said God bless you. I told my friend I would be scared to drink the frappe .
