  Google and Apple Maps says they’re open at 5 AM but drive through is closed. Edit: There was also an employee in there before 5AM. I suppose they just didn’t want to open. :(

  Three out of the five times we’ve been to the location, they don’t have what we went there to get. Which is fine, things happen. I’ve never felt the need to leave a bad review before. But today, the scowling “no” I received when asking for other options sent me. It’s one thing to be out of something, but to be rude about it and not then offering something you do have? I don’t know what’s in your store, so when I ask for another recommendation, maybe don’t get an attitude. If you’re planning on going to Dunkin Donuts for a glazed donut with sprinkles (not a tall order, imo), I suggest another location.

  A Dunkin’ employee laughed at my sister for asking for a blended drink when it wasn’t available. This happened around 3 p.m. She was extremely condescending and literally mocked her over something their staff should be trained to handle, instead of offering an alternative or a similar option. Is this what they call customer service? We will never return.

  I've been to this dunkin probably 5 times now and every time the service is terrible. Took 10 minutes to get a black coffee and a refresher, no food, no car in front of me. Employees are not swift and do not really seem to have any idea whar is going on. Plus this dunkin has you put your card in a reader and it asks for a tip which I haven't seen at any other dunkin. I would avoid this one.
