My order was made entirely wrong and instead of trying to make it right the store manager wants to argue back and forth. When asked for a refund stated he will not refund me my money. I will be reaching to corporate. We had food allergies and because the illegitimate store manger we will no longer be spending our money with dominos. The Pizza was cold. We were even so generous to tip the driver $20 prior to finding out our order was incorrectly made. Awful service they shouldn’t even get a star.

Even got corporate involved and they dont give a shit. Dump this store. Also have had them mark the order as prepped, not answer ur call. So you go to corporate and they day, "we forwarded this o the store!" 30+$ order not refunded. Marked as prepped for days, no response or answer on my phone number until I charged back. Management, I will be talking to everyone above you. Good luck, u aren't capable of managing this. I've been in Colorado Springs in snow storms with one driver, one manager (me) and one in store P staffer. We got all orders out with zero excuses, stop being so lazy.
