Our second visit to this place we only came back because thats the only place that has arcade and our son can enjoy, little we know that this place is nasty and no body cleans or sanitize any thing on top of that we found a glass of moldy alcohol sitting on the game that my son was playing. Management all they could do was apologize, you think after what i saw i will let my son come back here??? The they would not refund us for the card we had just got that day and we only played one game.....i dont think this place is safe for children, be aware please!!

I went there yesterday for Veterans Day. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I asked the bartender “does it have onions? “ she said “just chicken and cheese and that’s it”. I said “okay , I’ll get that” the second quadrant of the quesadilla had cilantro and the quesadilla is full of cilantro. The garnish is cilantro I can handle because I took it off. I’m an overseas deployed veteran , who has a brain tumor as well as epilepsy. So I had to run out the place of establishment so I wasn’t seizing out in my car and dying in a car accident. So I tipped $5 , for not being thorough with myself. As the appreciation of not understanding. . I eat tilapia for breakfast on deployment to look as good as I do , skin glowing , skinny , and looking youthful. My breakfast as a military woman. Asparagus and tilapia no salt. But I can’t sit down and appreciate a cooked meal without dying from a woman who looks at me and judges. ? Not saying it was good nor bad. Learn your menu and be more polite , take your time to answer questions and perhaps , yea … she was just worth a high five kinda tip $5 …. High five the bartender doesn’t give a shit. Do I gotta tell her I’m a sick veteran ? I can’t eat cilantro !!’n

Have never had such a bad experience at this place and felt unsafe to bring my child in, bring my daughter here for her birthday have to stand at the host stand for 15 minutes before anyone even comes up. Once we are seated before our food even gets to us we have a fight break out next to our table in the arcade area large group of teens and being no more than 15 feet away from our table and my daughter having court side seats to the brawl to be blunt... and once the fight is broken up and groups split we have random people from each one of there groups start sitting in our booth while we are eating and terrifying my daughter... Never have i wanted to walk out on a bill and meal before like i did in this moment... After everything our server tells us this group has been causing issues all evening.

I brought my young grandson out for a meal and wanted to surprise his mother. After we were seated by a man who appeared to be cleaning, we waited nearly 10 minutes without any service, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. The woman who was apparently assigned to our table glanced over several times but never approached us. When my daughter arrived to join us, we were still being ignored. I asked her to inquire at the bar, and after another 10 minutes, a young man came over and apologized. He explained that our assigned server had refused to serve us due to a personal issue with my daughter — someone she hadn’t even seen at the table until well after we had been waiting. Let me be clear: I do not know this server, nor am I aware of any issue between her and my daughter. Yet I, as a paying customer, was apparently judged and denied service simply because of who my daughter is — someone the server didn’t even know was related to me at the time. This kind of behavior is discriminatory, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable in any business, especially in the service industry. It created an embarrassing and upsetting situation for me and my family, and it put your other staff in an uncomfortable position as well. I did not escalate the situation further at the time out of concern for my daughter, who feared retaliation due to previous issues. However, I feel strongly that management should be made aware of what happened and take steps to ensure no customer is ever treated like this again.

This was my first time at Dave n Busters. Upon walking in, there was no employee at the card station to purchase credits to play games. We were told by another employee to go to the bar to purchase cards(totally fine since we were over 21 just a bit weird if kids/teens underage were looking to purchase game cards and an employee had them find their way to the bar) however I did like the atmosphere, the games were good and the place was clean. Nice bathrooms as well, but I’ll be so honest, they’re overpriced just a tad. Guitar hero on one the second player guitar the colors are mislabeled and it’s backwards so I feel some credits were wasted bc that game on second player mode was unplayable don’t waste your credits on that one! Not the worst thing tho, however me when we sat down to eat after gaming we were ignored. There were about 2 tables in our section, at one point the waitress serving the two tables around us completely passed by us, no eye contact no greeting us.. We waited maybe a few more minutes then decided to grab food elsewhere. Completely understand all of these things as I work in the service industry as well and maybe they were busy but I’ve never entered an arcade and not been greeted by employees nor a restaurant and had waitress walk past and not greet us.
