    Whoever your manager is doesn’t care about customers. They weren’t busy. Ankle was hurt told to stay off of it as much as possible tried to place a drivethru order very very respectfully and she just said no. SMH makes no sense just lazy and rude

    So when I walked in nobody greeted me and then I went got my burrito the cashier Elise was not pleasant at all not even one smile and then she didn’t ask me if I wanted a combo or chips or anything and I asked her to cut my burrito in half she said she couldn’t just trash service

    I eat here quite often and it’s a hit or miss with the quantities but this… We just got home, opened our bowls and they look like they’ve been half eaten. Second bowl , we paid $3.30 for extra chicken. there’s practically nothing in the bowl. These are also two separate orders, so i’m sure most orders tonight look like this. UPDATE: had to talk to AI for 5 minutes before it finally patched us through to the restaurant and the restaurant immediately hung up on us.
