I want to give Jenny, the manager, kudos. I ordered my salad at 4pm online only to be called into an emergency meeting. An hour and a half later the meeting was over. I was upset because of the meeting, but that all went away when I was greeted by Jenny. I jokingly said was there to pick up the 2 hour old salad. Jenny generously offered to make a fresh salad for me. That's beyond the standard. Please let Jenny my day was made and you now have a customer for life.

Food is usually good and fast; sometimes the rice is undercooked, but that has only happened two times or so out of around 30 times I have been there.

What is THIS?? I ordered a quesadilla….not whatever this is. Looks like it was someone’s personal food and they just gave it to me. This is why I stick to Moes.

The quality of the food is great. The attitudes and service of the employees - absolutely terrible. You’ll get the eye roll from them when you ask for extra meat, but you’ll get hardly any meat if you don’t ask. Don’t ask for any sort of sauce whatsoever, they’ll look at you like you’re stupid. What sort of chipotle branch doesn’t have any sort/variation of chipotle sauce? Basically if you ask any questions, you’ll get attitude or a confused look. They were acting like they were in such a hurry, and I was the only customer they were helping.
