I placed a curbside pickup and though I was only waiting for 12 ish minutes before driving to the drive thru, (ended up waiting 15 ish in all), I did it for the purpose of saving time. 3-4 cars got through the drive thru while I was waiting. I got up there and they JUST printed out my receipt after I told them my name twice. Then they proceeded to work as slow as slugs. When they got back and handed me my food, I asked if curbside works, all they said was “no”. No apology or explanation or anything. If curbside doesn’t work, why’s it an option and why did I waste my time? And why could y’all see my receipt on your end if it doesn’t work? Normally I don’t get all worked up, but they seem to always have issues every time I come through, which isn’t often due to reasons like this.
