Terrible service. Cars in line for 5-8 mins without getting the order. Went inside just to wait in line that again does not move. Girl at the front looks lost. They help people about every 5-8mins. If you come here expect to wait a while. No greeting no eye contact. Just Terrible. Won't be back. Owner don't respond just get better workers.

I have to give this review because I'm very disappointed in the service I just received today. I frequent this restaurant at least once a week in the morning to get breakfast. That staff during the morning hours is usually pretty good.
Today I stopped to get a Cajun biscuit and some french fries on my way home from work.
There was only three employees in the store. Two men and one woman. I received my food and noticed that my fries were very old. They were very crispy no potato in the middle and they actually snap when you pop them in half. I knew that these were old fries are either re- dipped in the grease to make hot.
I'm not angry I just came inside and I wanted to ask for fresh fries. All three employees saw me come in. It was not a busy time there were several senior men sitting in the lobby. But there was no customers in the Drive-Thru or no one in line. I waited over 5 minutes.. I finally decided to say excuse me. Now he gentleman which I know now as a shift manager named DJ just waited on me prior in the Drive-Thru I was surprised that he would not acknowledge me. I said excuse me, and the young lady leaned around and said what? I said can I get some help. She then start yelling DJ, someone wants you up here.
DJ comes up and instead of coming to me he goes to her and she pointed to me.
I then started explaining to DJ that my fries were not fresh and I wanted fresh fries. He tried to tell me that they were. They were old and dry.
I took them out of the bag and showed them. He walked away went to the corner he was there for about 2 minutes and then brought out a little small silver container with just a little fries in them and start to put them in a another box. Now anyone with common sense knows that if fries were freshly dropped that they would be a little wet from Grease and not completely dry to touch. These fries look exactly like the ones I previously had. I go to him and I said I came in here very nicely and just ask for fresh fries no one has acknowledged me no one has apologized or asked can I get you anything. As if I was annoying you for coming in and asking for what I paid for. I worked in that industry more than 30 years ago and it's sad the decline of customer service. And the level of quality of food that you receive now. I the ask him was he the shift manager he said yes and then I asked who was the store manager. He said Clift. I then told him I would call Cliff tomorrow.
I then decided to just try to impart some wisdom on the young man and share with him the benefit of professionalism and customer service.
This is why we are often judged because the lack of concern or care, he was very nonchalant. Even when I told him no one even apologized or said ma'am I'll help you as soon as I can he just looked at me as if I was annoying him. It's quite sad that a lot of companies now just hire people with no real customer service training. The way that the young lady address me was certainly unprofessional. And the way that all three of them saw me standing there but no one decided to say ma'am what can I help you with. I did throw the second fries away because I wasn't willing to eat something that I know that had been sitting for quite a while. Here is a fry that was in my bag. They all look this way but he was trying to say they were fresh. The biscuit was also cold. I'm very disappointed in the people that represent me as a race and the lack of training, that seems to be the norm now in fast food. I'm doing this review in hopes that people will take pride in their company and try to hire people that they believe will represent their business properly.
