The girl at the window gave our ice cream to the car in front of us then tried to give us melted ice cream that had been handled by someone else in there car. When he told her he would like fresh unhandled cones she took his cone and wiped it off with paper towel and gave it to him again. He ask for a manager and was told no one was there, ask the girls name and was told no. Also the other girl wouldn’t give her name either plus told him good luck with that. Someone really needs to do something about the service at this branch. He was very polite and friendly even though he was treated like he was stupid. Very rude service don’t think I’ll be going back.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
