waited about 20 minutes for my food even though there were only two cars in line. I paid $40 for two meals, and both of them were made incorrectly. When I told the employee at the window, he said, “My bad, here you go,” and handed us the wrong order again.
When he took the food back, he also kept our receipt. I later called the store manager, and she told me we could come back and get a replacement order as long as we had the receipt — which they had already taken.
In the end, we paid $40 and ended up with food that wasn’t even close to what we ordered. Very frustrating experience and disappointing service.

Walked in at around 8:20. The lady behind the counter immediately left the counter area and went to the back. I think I saw another staff member open a storage area but then disappeared as well. Neither let me know if/when they might come back out. I patiently waited at the counter for about 8 minutes, with not a sound or sight of any staff. I then used the restroom before I left. The bathroom was clean at least 🤷

This is a good, solid Arby's! I placed an online order and went to pick it up through the drive-thru. When I arrived, the gentlemen on the speaker was very nice and immediately had me pull around. My food was already ready and he handed it me in a sealed up bag with my receipt and straw attached to it as well. Again, the guy was very nice.
I got the new turkey gobbler sandwich and honestly it was pretty good! I think it was just a touch on the smaller side and maybe missing something (Firehouse offers a gravy with their Thanksgiving sub, maybe that would be good), especially when considering the price which seemed just a tad high. My potato cakes were hot, fresh, and crispy. I did also get the new apple pie shake (which affected my price), but let me just tell you - that shake IS THE TRUTH! The perfect, delectable blend of creamy, apple-y, cinnamon-y goodness all partying together in a frozen treat. I highly recommend the shake.
All in all - good food (with a GREAT SHAKE), quick and friendly service, decent value, this worked great for lunch.
