    Went in and ordered two blizzards...Waited over 20 minutes. Saw 6 people leave with their order that ordered after us. Finally had to go up and ask since we had already paid. No apologies for the wait. My blizzard had about half of the content it should have had and was the consistency of ice cream. Not a blizzard at all. We won't be back.

    I arrived 45 minutes after placing my order in the app. Upon entering the store no one greeted me. After I finally was addressed, I heard the GM, Janie, tell the teller that my order had already been picked up. After hearing her say this for the second time I yelled "I am Sara, ma'am and I have not picked it up ". She proceeded to scold me for yelling. My voice was elevated but I was not yelling. After a few minutes she delivered an order that wasn't mine. Eventually the kind young man at the front went into the back and prepared the order according to my receipt. The walls are dirty, there was standing water in the floor coming from under the trash cans. I love DQ but I will never be back to this location

    I ask for a lg dip cone the ice cream was OK but the girl who made it gave me no napkins or handed to me she left it sitting on thier counter in staff only area and pointed at it to tell me it was ready so I had to go behind counter to get my own ice-cream wow what customer service is coming to

    Never has churro flavored dip for their dipped cones. Even though widely available, for some reason this rebel of a location refuses to carry it.

    I just went through the drive through. The lady didnt get my order right as she read it back, so I corrected her nicely. Food came out fast, but it was obvious she was having a bad day. I had the temerity to ask if there was ketchup in the bag. The way she told me no and reached for some read that I should not have asked!
