  This has been one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The food was absolutely terrible — everything we received was stale, unpleasant, and tasted like it was not fresh at all. The dishes were served cold, as if they had been sitting out for a long time or poorly reheated. On top of that, the hygiene was unacceptable. I even found a long black hair in my yogurt and in the fruit, which is completely disgusting and inexcusable. This is a serious health concern and shows a complete lack of care in food preparation. The service was also very disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and did not take any responsibility when issues were pointed out. It felt like they didn’t care at all. I will definitely not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  As per the usual, top notch customer service, quality, temperature. Brainerd always gonna hit every time. I never have any issues. No rudeness (*twins from ATL), no problems.

  Chick-fil-A gets a full 5 stars from me—not just for the food, but for the people. Every visit feels like you’re being taken care of by angels in disguise. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, showing kindness, patience, and a level of hospitality that’s hard to find anywhere else. It’s not just “my pleasure”—you can genuinely feel that they care about your experience. Of course, the food is always on point—fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect every time. But it’s the uplifting atmosphere and incredible service that really set this place apart. If you’re looking for a quick meal that comes with a side of positivity and great energy, this Chick-fil-A delivers every single time.

  We love Chick-Fil-A however the service is lacking. Yesterday in the drive-thru I was missing part of my meal, and my drink was overflowing out the top and when the girl handed me the drink it poured in my lap and the girl just looked at me. I had to ask her for napkins, and she seemed shocked and didn't know what to do. The crew members don't need to fill the drinks so full, so when they put the lids on, they don't explode out the top.
