  I have been a fan since the early 80's at Ft. Bragg! That sandwich tastes just as delicious as it was then. They opened up on the West Coast and it was identical! Retired to Tennessee, same delicious sandwich....best on the planet, imo

  This place is honestly one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. Every single time I come here, the food is cold — not just once, but consistently. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, the staff are unfriendly and seem like they don’t want to be there at all. There’s no welcoming atmosphere, and customers are treated like a burden. I gave this place multiple chances, but nothing ever improves. At this point, I would not recommend it to anyone and definitely won’t be coming back.

  Y’all will never disrespect me the way I was disrespected today. I do not work for any Chick-Fil-A. Your drive thru employees will never talk down to me or speak to me as if I’m a dunce ever again. Again, the customer that was directly in front of me was served immediately from the right lane. Immediately. I followed her. Then your drive thru employees made a point to lecture me about “we don’t serve from the right lane, only the left” when I just witnessed with my own eyes you immediately serve the customer in front of me. And then yall “punished” me by making me wait. From 10:33 to 10:37 yet the customer directly in front was served immediately. The Brainerd Chicka-Fil-A does not operate like this, and that’s why I usually go to that one. My $14.00 may not mean anything to your bottom line, and that’s fine. When I have Dash Cam footage of two prior cars being served from the same line, yet I’m the only one who received “chastising”. Y’all will never speak to me like that ever again. You literally haven’t no signage. Like I said, Brainerd Chick-Fil-A will say “you’ll go after this car”. I guess I need to get in where I fit in and just stay with Nick’s Chick-Fil-A.

  I had someone bypass me a few times, BUT Aerin & Mrs. Tracy were SO SWEET! They are so polite and their customer service is everything. Regardless of race, Ms. Tracy treats everybody the same I done sat here for 20 minutes and watched every customer encounter she has had. She even offered to clean off my cup for me as she did with every other customer I done seen! Thank You Aerin & Mrs. Tracy!!

  I ordered a deluxe spicy chicken meal to pick up in the restaurant and when I got there, it gave me an estimated time between one and five minutes for my food to be ready. Shortly after I arrived, my app said my food was ready. I stood and waited for over 10 minutes and watch people who came in after me not only get their food, but they were also acknowledged. Not one staff member said hello to me or has my order been taken yet. It wasn’t until I was the last person in the lobby, that the young man who looked at me multiple times, finally approached me and asked what was the name for my order. My food had been sitting on the counter the whole time, even though they already alerted that my food was ready. I received no apology and cold food. Do better Gunbarrel location.
