- CScaroline s.4 days ago2.0We went to eat at the mall this week. My daughter's chicken nuggets were over cooked ,and my chicken sandwich was cold ,the bread was stale cheese not melted,inedible. We drank our drinks n ate the fries ,so they refunded the sandwich n nuggets. I have never had a bad meal at a chick fil a ever.I will never go back again and I should have looked at the reviews before we went.
