  Placed a pick up order on Uber today, just to go pick up and it wasn't even started on. They made some silly excuse of why it wasn't made, as no one was even in there nor was the working even making a sandwich at the time.

  2 Stars because god forbid I take my SUBWAY coupons (that i received in the mail) to SUBWAY itself & complete my sandwich order only to be told at the register that the person running the place has made up their own rules to the coupons and does not abide by the actual rules on the coupons. Like, it's not a hugeee deal, but as many of us are, I am on a tight budget, and I would never have went here if I knew i could not use the coupon. The girl at the register was super nice. Her kind, understanding attitude almost made up for this whole incident because I know she didn't make up the rules. (Yes, at the time of my transaction, I was showed a sign with handwriting on it about the coupons, but I did not notice it when I came in there and ordered my sandwich because I didn't know I should be looking for handwritten signs about stipulations regarding the coupons) I found a slight way around it: if you place an order online through the app, you can use a coupon in the app and they can't do anything about it, but the ones that come in the mail are so much better and I will never order inside again due to this.

  This location flat out sucks. This is the second time I have been to this location. I placed my order on kiosk and sat there while employees talked to customers in the lobby. They walked by looked at the window. They left me sitting there and did nothing. This place doesn’t need kids working alone. They need managerial supervision. It was a horrible experience. I will never set foot in that location ever again.
