  Had an online order, when I pulled up to the telecome it wasn't working. I pulled to the side window and there was a sign saying they were doing maintenance at 7 in the evening. I tapped on the window to ask how to cancel my online order and there were at least 4 people who saw me, with others in the background yelling "ignore them!". Very unprofessional, however I do appreciate the nice lady that eventually came to the window and showed me what to do... took 5 seconds. Very bad for business if you have employees like this

  I love McDonald’s! The food is great! The fries are great! The burger is great! Everything was great! 5 stars!!!!!!!!

  I worked in fast food for 20 years, so I understand that it is what it is, fast food. With that being said I do not frequent this Mcdonalds very often but when I do the fries are always cold and absolutely disgusting the McChickens are cold and the buns are chewy. I only go here out of convenience, so maybe it's just because it's always an off day for them when I go, but it is all a matter of opinion
