I used the app and ordered ahead so I could avoid waiting. It took me 15 minutes to get there and they hadn't even started to make my order. I ended up waiting another 13 minutesfor them to make the chicken ( had to make it fresh) and then when they finally brought my food to me, the fries were COLD!

Was asked to pull to drive thru spot one bc they had to cook fresh fries then sat there for 15 minutes as at least 12 cars were served before me. Ended up walking inside to get my order. It had been made the whole time, but no one thought to check the drive thru spots they literally asked me to pull into. So I waited 15 minutes for cold food oh and I didn’t get a straw either.

Terrible employees, don’t know how to count properly or read orders on a screen to make your food properly, apparently doesn’t accept loose change. Have came here countless times and multiple times have been met with rudeness, and poor customer service and orders are constantly messed up. I understand everyone has their bad days but when you have a team of entire people this is just unacceptable.
