  I ordered the Dave's double cheeseburger & baked potato with sour cream and chives. The burger was not made fresh and very dry. The baked potato had been cooked so long it was literally burnt and no sour cream. I may have salvaged 3 bites out if it. The reason I did not order fries, because the last time I ordered fries they had either been reheated or they sat so long under the warmer there was no way to eat them. They still had 2hrs before closing. Is it too much to expect Fresh food? Especially when you have eaten all day.

  I stopped at approximately 10:15 PM. On 01-21-2026 to get something to eat on my way to work and as I got to driving i tried to eat my fries and they literally tasted like the pulled them out of the garbage can and didn't really even heat them, my Dave's double the patties were as dry and hard as a brick. Some of the WORSE food I've ever eaten. I would have turned around and went back , but I was running late to work. So I resorted to having to eat some children's turkey and cheese lunchables. This experience was HORRIBLE. And I will give them they usually have good food.

  The GM Evette was very very very rude and she always have an attitude like if you dnt want to work find another profession or retire!!!!!!

  As of 12/17/25 , Night shift has mess up my experience, with Wendy's and all the manager had to do was let me no they were short handed before take front registers orders, but she didn't took my order and then when another customer came in complaining about why we have to wait until you finish drive thru first, then She yelled from the back " said it's only Three of them and you will have to wait, so one customer left without getting her food, not even that on of your cashiers said y'all could go somewhere else. After me leaving my feedback, the GM called me twice without me being able to talk to her because, she didn't leave a number or email address, when you don't what anyone to have your number just email or call from the company phone.

  Rude employees never say hi or thank you just look at you like your not suppose be there orders are usually wrong last time I ordered 2 order of nuggets only got one I never been there for breakfast maybe it just night shift.
