Ms. Teresa is always smiling when she greets me at the drive-through! If there is a wait for my food, I move over to the mobile order parking, and my food is brought out promptly and fresh. We’d love to have you! You were still smiling while she was belittling you in front of those customers and employees. She wouldn’t be a manager at my store! I also called corporate and reported that!
